Effective for all new enrollments

General Non-Refundable Policy

All course fees paid are non-refundable by default. However, to support new learners, we offer a conditional money-back guarantee for select programs—just like test driving a car before you buy.

Money-Back Guarantee Conditions

  • Attend all live sessions in full during the first 10 days.
  • Submit all assignments on time—even if the due date is later.
This policy ensures only learners who “give it their all” are eligible—think of it like trying a gym trial: show up, lift the weights, then decide.

Refund Request Process

  • Write to info@bookmylearning.com between the 10th and 15th day of your course.
  • No requests accepted before Day 10 or after Day 15.
  • Eligibility depends on full attendance and assignment compliance.

Refund Deductions

If approved, refunds exclude:
  • GST – Once paid, it’s like postage stamps: non-refundable.
  • Processing Charges – Payment gateway and admin costs.
  • Subvention Charges – For EMI payments.
  • LMS Access Charges – Licensing fees once access is granted.
  • Academic Charges – Includes content, videos, notes, etc.
No refunds if enrolled via discount offers or if fees are paid in installments.

Processing Time

Refunds, once approved, are typically processed in 14 working days (though in rare cases, up to 60 days).

Additional Terms

  • Return all printed materials in good condition via registered post.
  • Refunded learners may be restricted from future enrollments.
  • Pending EMIs or dues? Refund is not applicable.
  • Booking fees are non-refundable, unless full payment and eligibility are met.

Clarifications

  • Attendance Logging: Log in with your full name—think of it like a roll call. Nicknames or incognito modes won’t count.
  • Technical Issues: Send evidence to info@bookmylearning.com with screenshots and timestamps.
  • 10-Day Period: Starts from the first concept session (onboarding doesn’t count).
  • Early Requests: Refund requests before Day 10 are invalid. Full effort required!
