Introduction

This is a legal and binding agreement between you, the user (referred to as “you” or “user”) of the programs (“Programs”) and BookMyLearning (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The website www.bookmylearning.com and related mobile applications (collectively referred to as the “Platform”) are operated by BookMyLearning to offer curated, industry-relevant online certification programs, job-assistance services, and learning resources.

Please read these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other policies referred to herein (collectively “Terms”). Your use of the Platform and any Programs signifies your acceptance and agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Platform or access the Programs.

Programs may be subject to additional terms specific to refunds, payments, or deferrals, and separate written agreements with enterprise clients will override these Terms in case of conflict.

These Terms also apply to our email/SMS communications, WhatsApp groups, Facebook groups, Instagram pages, and any third-party forums or platforms officially operated by BookMyLearning. You agree to also abide by the terms of service of such third-party providers.

Use of the Platform from jurisdictions where it is restricted or illegal is prohibited. Access is at your own initiative and risk and you are responsible for complying with all applicable local laws.

User Accounts and Access

To access most features, including Program registration, you must create a personal User Account. This involves verification via a mobile number (OTP) and/or email ID. Upon full or partial payment, access to the selected Program is granted. If payment is pending, BookMyLearning reserves the right to withdraw access at its discretion.

You agree not to share your User Account credentials with anyone. Each user may only hold one account. You must ensure all information provided is accurate and current. Failure to do so may result in termination of access to the Platform and Programs.

We may collect personal data and learning performance data from you, and share it with academic or industry partners to deliver services or for promotional purposes as stated in our Privacy Policy. You authorize us to contact you via call, SMS, or email even if your number is registered under DND/DNC/NCPR for up to 365 days post-registration.

Programs are accessible only to registered and authorized users.

By creating an account, you confirm:

You will only register once.
You are solely responsible for any use of your account.
You will abide by all Program-specific terms and these Terms.

Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Full payment for a Program is required unless otherwise agreed in writing. For Programs with a trial period, the trial is only accessible after full payment. If a refund is requested during the trial window and meets the Refund Policy requirements, BookMyLearning may issue a refund after deducting applicable charges (admin, marketing, etc.). Once the trial period ends, no refund will be provided.

Programs without a trial window will follow the specific refund policy mentioned for that Program.

It is the user’s responsibility to assess Program suitability before enrollment. Enrollments are non-transferable.

Payments must be made via accepted methods. BookMyLearning does not store payment credentials and uses secure third-party gateways. By paying through them, you agree to their terms. We are not liable for any data breach or financial loss resulting from their systems.

We never ask for OTPs or sensitive financial information. Please be cautious during transactions.

Failure to pay fees may result in removal from the Program. Exchange fees and local tax obligations are based on your billing info. Cancellation of enrollment is governed strictly by the Refund Policy.

Users with recent paid subscriptions, similar contact details, or device IDs may not be eligible for free trials again. Some features may be limited during free trials.

Program Changes, Cancellations, and Modifications

BookMyLearning reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, reschedule, or modify any Program, live session, webinar, or event. This includes the authority to adjust topics, scheduling, format, or the evaluation criteria (such as quizzes, projects, assignments, or assessments).

We may, at our discretion, suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Platform, any Program, or services such as mentoring, support, evaluation, or certification, without prior notice. Similarly, BookMyLearning may discontinue specific features or the entire Program offering at any time. We are not liable for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations of services or access.

These Terms do not obligate BookMyLearning to maintain any specific part of the Platform, Program content, or service indefinitely.

In the event of service interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control—including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, civil unrest, strikes, technical failures, or internet outages—we shall not be held responsible or liable for delays or unavailability of the Platform or Programs.

Access and Participation

If you no longer wish to continue a Program, you may opt out by notifying us in writing, subject to our applicable refund policy. Participants enrolled in live classes or webinars will receive joining instructions via email and are strictly prohibited from sharing these links with any third party.

If you’re unable to attend a session, prior notice must be given to our support team.

You are solely responsible for ensuring access to the Platform by arranging necessary equipment (devices, browsers, operating systems) and internet services. BookMyLearning is not liable for any limitations due to incompatible devices, software, or insufficient connectivity.

Educational Partnerships and Certification

BookMyLearning is an education service provider and is not a university. While we collaborate with academic institutions, global educators, industry partners, and corporates (“Educational Partners”), we do not directly confer academic degrees.

Enrollment in a BookMyLearning Program does not constitute enrollment in any university or institute unless explicitly stated. You acknowledge and agree that:

Participation in a Program does not grant access to university-level resources or privileges.
Academic credit or certification is issued solely by the relevant Educational Partner (if applicable), based on their independent evaluation and policies.
BookMyLearning may issue a certificate of completion or digital badge only after a learner successfully meets all completion criteria, as determined solely by BookMyLearning or its partners.

In cases where the Program is affiliated with an Educational Partner, additional partner-specific terms, eligibility, and prerequisites may apply. It is your responsibility to comply with all such policies and procedures to be eligible for credit or certification, if offered.

BookMyLearning does not guarantee any award of credit, degree, diploma, or certificate unless explicitly stated in the Program details.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Platform—including but not limited to video lessons, code, assessments, assignments, written materials, designs, graphics, logos, and interactive features (“BookMyLearning Content”)—is the intellectual property of BookMyLearning or its licensors. It is protected under Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You agree not to reproduce, modify, republish, transmit, distribute, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without prior written consent.

BookMyLearning and its associated marks, logos, and trade dress are proprietary trademarks. Unauthorized use of these marks, or those of any partner institution, is strictly prohibited.

You also agree not to:

Use BookMyLearning content or branding to distribute unsolicited communication.
Claim or imply any affiliation with an Educational Partner unless expressly approved.
Copy, record, or share Program content without permission.

Third-Party Intellectual Property

BookMyLearning respects and upholds the intellectual property rights of all third parties. We take copyright and trademark violations seriously and will respond promptly to valid notices of alleged infringement.

If we receive proper notification in accordance with applicable law, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property by users, and any such user will be held solely liable. You agree to fully indemnify and hold BookMyLearning harmless from any claims arising out of your unauthorized use of third-party IP.

If you believe your intellectual property has been misused, please contact us with:

A physical or electronic signature of the authorized rights holder or their agent.
A description of the work/product you believe is misrepresented or infringed.
The URL or location of the allegedly infringing content.
Your full name, postal address, email, and contact number.
A statement affirming your good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.
A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the IP owner.

All such notices must be addressed to our Grievance Officer, whose contact details are available at the bottom of this document.

Limited License

Programs and services offered via the Platform are licensed—not sold—to you. Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, BookMyLearning grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform and Program materials strictly for non-commercial, personal use.

You may not:

Copy, republish, transmit, display, distribute, resell, or exploit any content for commercial gain.
Modify or create derivative works from any Platform content.
Share Program content with unauthorized third parties.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software used on the Platform.
Upload BookMyLearning content to any public or commercial platform (e.g., social media, torrents, or video sharing sites).

Instructors may, from time to time, provide reference documents or learning resources under third-party licensing terms. You agree to comply with any such additional terms.

Examples of prohibited usage include:

Selling or renting BookMyLearning materials or derivative works.
Charging others for access to our content.
Using our materials in for-profit training or university environments.
Uploading our content where it is accessible to the public.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by BookMyLearning and its licensors.

User Conduct Policy

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use it in accordance with applicable laws and ethical guidelines. Whether enrolled in a Program or browsing the website, you are considered a “User” under these Terms and are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

You must not:

Harass or abuse other users, mentors, or support staff.
Disrupt live classes or group harmony.
Cheat, plagiarize, or share exam answers.
Post unauthorized testing materials or internal resources publicly.
Attempt phishing, pharming, or illegal collection of personal data.
Engage in hate speech, discrimination, defamation, or obscene conduct.

BookMyLearning reserves the right to report any illegal or suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities without notice.

Prohibited Content Includes (but is not limited to):

Content that infringes on copyrights, patents, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.
Any material that is obscene, offensive, or promotes hatred or violence.
Malware, viruses, or any software intended to damage systems or harvest data.
False, misleading, or impersonated information.
Any material that threatens national security or violates Indian law.
Content promoting illegal activities or encouraging self-harm.

We reserve the right to moderate, restrict, or terminate access for any violation of the above terms.

User Content

The Platform may allow you to upload, submit, or share content such as comments, questions, assignments, discussions, reviews, or project submissions (“User Content”).

While BookMyLearning does not claim ownership of your User Content, by submitting it to the Platform or through any Program, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, and sublicense such content for educational or promotional purposes.

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

You own or have permission to use the content.
Your content is accurate and does not violate any third-party rights.
You will not submit any content that is defamatory, misleading, or unlawful.
You will not expect compensation for any use of your content by BookMyLearning.

BookMyLearning reserves the right to review, remove, or moderate any User Content at any time for any reason.

We do not endorse any User Content and assume no liability for its accuracy, completeness, or compliance. Users are solely responsible for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their own contributions.

Miscellaneous Provisions

Eligibility

By accessing or using the BookMyLearning Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you may use the Platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms. As a parent or guardian, you are fully responsible for the use of the Platform by your minor, including any financial charges or legal liability incurred.

By using the Platform, you affirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and comply with all stated terms and conditions. Our Programs are not intended for users under the age of 18.

Assignment

BookMyLearning reserves the right to assign, transfer, or delegate any part of its rights and obligations under these Terms without prior notice. Users may not transfer their rights or delegate their responsibilities under these Terms or any Program-specific agreement without prior written approval from BookMyLearning. Any unauthorized attempt to do so shall be considered null and void.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiations. If no resolution is reached, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Noida.

Severability and Force Majeure

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, such provision will be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

BookMyLearning shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, cyberattacks, labor disputes, Internet failures, or technical interruptions.

Waiver

Failure by BookMyLearning to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such rights. If any provision is found unenforceable, the court shall strive to give effect to the intention of that provision, and the remaining sections will remain in effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any applicable Program-specific agreements or policies (such as our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy), constitute the complete agreement between you and BookMyLearning. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether written or oral.

Modifications to these Terms may be made from time to time and will be posted on our Platform. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
